One of my favorite parts of the day is seeing the look on my client's faces when they arrive at their venue and taking in all the beautiful decor I’ve arranged. Your wedding day will be more than a memory—it will be an experience you’ll never forget. The day of coordinator service is great for the couple who already planned everything but need someone to steer their ship into port.
Our "Day-Of Coordination" package is not only to make that one-day stress-free; we aim to make the weeks leading up to your wedding or event as calm and as easy for you as possible. We will meet up to four weeks before the day to collect any relevant information we will need to make your day go smoothly. During this meeting, we will also get to know you better and learn your vision for your perfect day. No detail will be overlooked. Vendors will be confirmed and the schedule will be finalized. We will get up to speed on vendor contract terms and contact information so you will have that much less to deal with on the Day-Of. We will create a timeline personalized to your needs and plans for this special day. We will manage all the vendors and their questions while you enjoy time with family and friends. We will have a final meeting to walk through the venue and review the reception plans. Anything you need, we will take care of you!

With this package, we will meet and discuss your vision and style for your wedding or event. We will customize a to-do list for you, eliminating things that are unnecessary, while adding some musts that will need to be done to make your vision happen. We will also talk numbers. No matter how much investment you have to put toward the event, we will personalize a budget just for you!
